Sundae – Tasty Korean Foods

Sundae is made by steaming or boiling cow’s or pig’s intestines stuffed with blood, noodles and various seasonings. It is usually served with portions of both steamed or boiled lung and liver. Sundae can also be made with seafood such as Ojing-eo Sundae (squid sundae) and Myeongtae Sundae (Alaska pollock sundae). People flock to taste the Sundae in Sillim-dong as it is one of the must-eats in Korea.
