Vietnamese cuisine is packed with amazing dishes which are so flavourful they will entice you from the word go. One such dish is Thit Noung, a type of Vietnamese grilled pork. This dish is a bowl full of flavour, spice and everything Asian. The smell of sizzling pork grilled to perfection, decorated with shallots, garlic, lemongrass and honey, is enough you send you into a tizzy. A little bit of fish sauce and sesame oil is also added to Thit Nuong, to give you an authentic Vietnamese delicacy. The mixture of veggies, pork and condiments accompany a bowl of vermicelli rice noodles, making Thit Nuong a beautiful dish.
