A dish consisting of pig’s feet cooked with soy sauce and spices, Jokbal is one of the most popular Korean dishes. It literally translates to pig’s trotters or legs (boneless), which are seasoned and steamed. Jokbal is usually served in a dark liquid made from soy, ginger, garlic and rice wine. The jokbal in jangchung-dong is said to be a must-eat in Korea.
