14 and 15 February, 2015
Melbourne will be playing host to one of Australia’s most widely celebrated culinary genius of the distinguished Iron Chefs, on the 14th and 15th February, 2015. Hiroyuki Sakai, Katsuhiko Kobe and Kentaro Chen (son of legendary Iron Chef Kenichi Chen) will demonstrate their prowess and spectacular cooking skills with a special full course dinner in the RACV Melbourne Grand Ballroom.
The day promises various Japanese cultural entertainment, too. Watch out for magnificent performances by Japanese calligrapher (Shodo) Junko Azukawa, Koto player Brandon Lee and many more attractions, while sipping tall drinks at the Kirin Beer Bar and Sake Bar. Also on the table are seasonable canapes by RACV Executive Chef Mark Normoyle and Executive Japanese Chef Ikuei Arakane.
