At the fair, you get to see all types of Kunming handicrafts, ranging from delicately-crafted figurines to delightful souvenirs for tourists. A number of art performances take place during the festival – enjoy dragon dances, lion dances and stilt-walks.

The most stunning sight of the fair are the blooming camellias during the festival. Thousands of beautiful camellia trees are planted in the Golden Palace Scenic Area, some of which are imported from other countries such as Japan, Great Britain and New Zealand.

So, make sure you add this place to your travel plans!
