Asian Inspirations has teamed up with Wine Selectors to host an exclusive evening of Thai food and fine wine. On Thursday 23 March, top Sydney chef Sujet Saenkham will open the doors of his Spice I Am restaurant in Darlinghurst for a memorable event. His signature Thai dishes will be expertly paired with premium Australian wines, presented by Paul Diamond, wine specialist and publisher of Selector Magazine.
The fiery flavours of Thailand can be notoriously tricky when it comes to food and wine matching, but in the professional hands of Sujet and Paul you can be assured of culinary harmony.
This six-course dinner has been specially crafted to celebrate the distinct cuisine styles of Southern, North East and Central Thailand. Sujet will educate diners about the depth and complexity of Thai cuisine, while Paul shares his insights on matching wine to these exotic dishes.
