This September, witness the grandeur of the Chinese Mid-Autumn festival at Australia’s largest lantern festival 2015 parade in Adelaide.

The moon festival, also known as the Moon Lantern Festival, falls on Sunday 27, September this year.

Witness an array of lanterns in a stunning new design concept, with never-before-seen lanterns.

This time the highlight of the festival features the Hong Kong Dragon – the largest lantern created for a moon lantern festival.

A stunning new design and never-before-seen lanterns, fireworks, food trucks and roving performers!

Bring your family and friends together and wander through the Elder Park to look at the lantern installations, explore Adelaide’s food truck cuisine and watch spectacular fireworks near river Torrens alongside witnessing some of the roving cultural performances by different artists.
