Thai inspired vegetarian stir-fry
Onion, Chilli, Garlic, Ginger, various vegetables, tofu, sesame oil, Kecap manis, fish sauce, sesame seeds
1. Cook onion, garlic, chilli and ginger in sesame oil
2. Add tofu and vegetables + stir fry for 3 minutes
3. Add Kecap manis and fish sauce and cook until combined.
That's it, all done in 3 steps. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
