Sliced cucumber/carrot/water chestnuts/coriander

Ingredients :

Vegetarian roast
Chilli & lemongrass vermicelli
Water chestnut slices
Cucumber slices
Carrot slices
Coriander

Cooking Steps :

Cook vegetarian roast
soak vermicelli in hot water 5 mins
Drain Sliced water chestnuts
Slice fresh cucumber
Slice fresh carrots
Toss ingredients with chilli/lemongrass dressing
Garnish with Chopped coriander
