vegetarian green curry

Very quick and easy,tasty dish.

Cuisine :


Ingredients :

1/2 cup of Green curry paste,
400 g can of TCC COCONUT MILK,
2 cups of leafy Asian greens,
2 kaffir lime leaves

Cooking Steps :

1.Chop up tofu into 2cm cubes
2.Fry tofu with a touch of oil untill its gold
3.Heat up curry paste in the wok
4. Add tofu and coconut milk
5.Add greens and cook for 5 minute
6.Serve with boiled rice and rotti bread
7.After you finished, ask for seconds :)
