You can use any vegetable you desire

Cuisine :


Ingredients :

2 400ml tins of TCC coconut Milk
2 tablespoons of kan tong Thai green curry paste
Vegetables optional. eg Broccoli, Cauliflower, celery. Potatoes, sweet potato, beans, peas, corn. What ever vegetable you prefer

Cooking Steps :

Place all ingredients together in saucepan or pot and cook until vegetables are cooked. Served with rice
