Cook Basmati rice per packet instruction.
Cut Beef & Chicken and marinade in Red wine, Soy sauce & Garlic.Heat oil in frying pan and add marinaded meat and reserve liquid.Slice Champignon mushrooms & Chinese sausage and stir through mixture.Mix cornflour to reserved liquid and add to meat mixture until thickened, season with pepper.In a bowl place chopped coriander, then meat and top with rice.
Place bowl reversed on a plate and remove to unveil the layers of the upside down bowl.
