Very quick and easy dish!
-Capsicum, Bokchoy, Tofu.
-Lee Kum Kee Coconut Curry sauce.
*Fried tofu, and set aside.
-Fried garlic and ginger in hot oil for a minute.
-Add capsicum and bokchoy - stir for a minute.
-Add the tofu.
-Add Lee Kum Kee coconut curry sauce and stir well for a while.
-Sprinkle spring onions and sesame seeds (optional).
-Serve with warmed rice.
