Thai prawn green curry with a coconut twist
Green curry paste
Heat the coconut oil and half a jar of green curry paste
Add 400 Ml coconut milk, I tbs of fish sauce and half a spoonful of coconut sugar
Heat for 2-3 mins then add the chopped vegetables, cook for a further 5 mins then add the prawns.
Cook for 5 mins then serve with brown rice
