A delicious balance of sweet and salt in one curry

Cuisine :

Thai

Ingredients :

Chicken (thighs or breast)
1 Onion
1 Capsicum
Red Curry Paste
Coconut Milk/Cream
Fish sauce
Sugar
1 Lime
Oil
Rice

Cooking Steps :

Prepare ingredients, place oil and 3-4 spoons of curry paste into wok and heat to a medium high heat

Add chicken and coat with curry paste. Cook until browned then add 2 tbs of fish sauce

Add 2 tsp of sugar and mix into the chicken, then add onions.

After onions have been cooked, add the entire can of coconut milk/cream. Mix thoroughly and allow to cook for a few minutes.

Add the capsicum and allow to cook for a few minutes, then add lime juice. Turn off heat and mix thoroughly

Serve with rice to hungry friends and family!
