Tasty Green curry with fresh vegetables! It’s easy
Valcom Thai Green Curry
TCC coconut milk
Add 2 tables spoon of Valcom Green Curry paste to a hot Saucepan.
Add 1 coconut milk and 1 cup of water and mix and bring to boil.
Turn down to simmer and add vegetables starting with hardy vegetables to soft vegetables.
Boil for around 10 minutes until vegetables are to desired texture.
Add a few splashes of fish sauce to the saucepan.
Boil noodles for 8 mins.
Mix eggs into omelette and add chilli's. Add to a fry pan and cook.
Take noodles off heat and serve in a bowl. Add the curry, egg and garnish with spring onion, coriander and lime juice.
