Savoury vege, meat, & coconut milk combo w/ a kick
100 g dried taro leaves
500 ml water
250 g pork, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
400 ml TCC Premium Coconut Milk
In a pot, combine taro leaves, pork, water and salt then bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer until pork is tender and taro leaves have softened. Add green chilli and onion. Add TCC Premium Coconut Milk and salt as desired. Serve hot with steamed white rice.
