Mouth Watering Summer Chicken Salad

Ingredients :

Chicpken breast
Spring onion
pepper
ginget
red wine
cucumber
lettiuce
red wine
lime
peppri perri chilli sauce
sweet soya sauce
oyster sauce
basil leaves
chilli

Cooking Steps :

Boil chicken pepper red wine and spring onion in high pressure cooker until boiled
cook low 15 minutes
prepare capiscum lettuce and cucumber salad.
Add pinch of chilli and basil leaves to chicken in pot allow to stand 30 seconds and to salad
Add sweet soya sauce
perri perti chicken sauce
oyster sauce
lime
Ready to serve
