Ingredients :

2 tbs Peanut Oil. 1/3 Chinese Rice Wine
500g Pork Mince. 1 teaspoon Chinese 5 Spice Powder 100g Pack Chang's Fried Noodles. 1/3 Cup Chinese Rice Wine
1Large Onion Finely Chopped. 1 Long Red Chilli. Finely Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic Crushed. Toasted Cashews
1tbs Fresh Grated Ginger. Snipped Chives and Coriander
1/4 Cup Char Siu Sauce. Lime Cheeks

Cooking Steps :

Heat oil, add onion, cook for 3 minutes, until soft. Increase heat to high, add pork and cook for 8-10 minutes while stirring, until golden. Add garlic, Ginger, char Siu sauce and five spice powder, cook 2 minutes, until fragrant. Add rice wine cook 3-4 minutes until caramelised. Divide noodles between bowls, top with pork, chilli cashews, coriander and chives, and lime wedges.
