Steamed Silver Perch with ginger and shallots

Ingredients :

Yeo's pure seseme oil
Lee Kum Kee seasoned soy sauce for seafood
Ginger
Garlic
Shallots
Salt
Pepper
Oil

Cooking Steps :

1. Mix all ingredients together
2. Place mixture all over Silver Perch Fish
3. Place in tray and steam for 15mins
