Bag of Stir Fry Vegetables
1 clove of garlic
Kum Kee Asian Stir fry Hoisin
Lime to serve
Cook noodles according to packet instructions. Drain, rinse and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add garlic and chilli. Add seafood marinara mix and cook until tender. Add red capsicum and bag of stir fry vegetables until soft.
Add drained noodles and beansprouts. Stir in 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Asian Hoisin.
Serve with finely chopped spring onions and fresh coriander.
