Delicious, quick and easy to prepare.
2 Salmon steaks
1 tsp grated ginger
1 small red chilli, finely chopped
20mls kecap manis
60mls soy sauce
60mls peanut oil
Mix all marinate ingredients together and marinate salmon for 1 hour, turning once.
Fish is then ready to bbq or wrap in foil and bake for 20mins at 180C.
Serve with rice, steamed vegtables or salad.
