500grm fresh mixed seafood
Pack of pre chopped stir fry cabbage mix
Cup of chopped mushroom
Teaspoon of minced garlic
Tin of TCC light coconut milk
Tablespoon of vegetable oil
4 teaspoons of thai gourmet green curry paste
2 packs of singapoore noodles
rosemary for garnish
Heat oil & garlic in fry pan.
Add seafood mix, cabbage stir fry and mushrooms until seafood is cooked through.
Add 4 teaspoons of Thai gourmet green curry paste and continue to cook until the aroma is strong.
Add TCC light coconut milk and allow to simmer. Boil water in a jug and add to the singapoore noodles in a bowl. Stir and drain once noodles become loose.
Serve 2 scoops of singapoore noodles with 2 scoops of the seafood curry mix & garnish with rosemary.
