cooked in Yeo’s Oyster Sauce & Sesame Oil
Broccolli, Yeo's Oyster Sauce, Yeo's Sesame Oil, Silken Tofu, Garlic, Shallot, Water
1. Deep fry the silken tofu.
2. Heat up 1tsp of oil, put in garlic & shallot. Stir fry it till it fragrant, then put in Yeo's Oyster Sauce and tine bit of water. Once everything well incorporated, put in couple drops of Yeo's Sesame Oil.
3. Blanche or steam broccoli.
4. Arrange the broccoli around the silken tofu and pour the sauce onto the silken tofu.
