Prawn and Oyster Egg Noodle Laksa

Ingredients :

Valcom Laksa Paste 230g
TCC Lite Coconut Milk 400ml
Green Prawn Cutlets 500g
Egg Noodles Ribbon style 250g
Oyster Sauce to taste
Chilli sauce to taste
Virgin Olive Oil 2 x tbsps

Cooking Steps :

Boil enough salted water and cook egg noodles according to directions on packet.
While water is boiling and noodles are cooking, heat Valcom Laksa Paste in olive oil until aroma rises; add raw prawns and cook prawns without over cooking. Add oyster sauce and chilli sauce to taste and then add TCC Lite coconut milk. Turn off heat.

Strain egg noodles when cooked to liking, place into bowls and cover with Prawns and Laksa soup.

Serve immediately. Serves 4
