Red curry with fresh peas

Cuisine :

Thai

Ingredients :

1 can coconut cream
3 tablespoons red curry paste
2tblsp fish sauce
1 tblsp sugar
500 grams green prawns peeled tails on
1 cup of peas

Cooking Steps :

In a fry pan heat up coconut cream fish sauce sugar and red curry paste. Simmer for 6 minutes.
Add prawns and peas. Cook until prawns are orange and peas just cooked
Serve over rice
