400g white fish
Tbsp Red Curry
3 tbsp shallots thin slices
3 tbsp coriander
Pkt gow gee wrappers
Blend all ingredients in food processor , place tbsp of filling onto half the wrapper fold . Brush a little water to help wrapper stick.
Use fingers to pleat edge. Press firmly to seal.
For variety you can cup for open wonton style .
Place dumplings side by side make sure not touching each other onto lined baking paper in bamboo steamer .
Place the steamer over simmering water. Cover and steam.
Cook for approx 6-8 mins.
