A mild prawn and veggie laksa with noodles
King prawns (peeled/ de-tailed)
Veggies (your choice but I used carrot/broccoli/cauliflower/mushrooms and beans)
Garlic fused oil 2tbs
400ml coconut milk 'tcc'
I jar 'Thai style' laksa paste 'valcom'
Add paste and oil to a deep pan
Stir and simmer
Slowly add coconut milk and stir
Simmer on low heat until prawns are cooked
