Feel free to tweak the ingredients to taste
1x can of Valcom Laksa Paste, 1/2 to a full can of TCC Coconut Milk, 1 1/2 cups chicken stock, 2 cakes of instant noodles, extra fish sauce to taste, preferred vegetables for eg. Bok choy, red capsicum, snow peas, 500 gms green prawns, bean sprouts and coriander and chilli to garnish.
Combine Laksa Paste, coconut milk and stock in a large saucepan on medium heat, bring to boil, then reduce heat. Cook noodles according to their directions seperately. Add vegetables to Laksa mix, lastly add prawns, simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, serve noodles into individual bowls, add Laksa Soup mix and then garnish.
