Full of goodness mushroom wonton soup

Cuisine :

Malaysian

Ingredients :

Packet wonton wrappers
300 grams minced pork
2 cups spinach
12 med mushrooms
500 mls veg stock
2 gloves garlic
Chilli
Ginger
Spring onions
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tables spoons fish sauce
2 tablespoon coconut milk
1 egg
2 tablespoon flour

Cooking Steps :

Place pork diced garlic add the spinach, half of the diced mushrooms half of the spring onions add the beaten egg and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and flour mix thoroughly through the place One heaped teaspoon of the filling in the Wonton wrappers , seal the corners using a little water and twist top , set aside in fridge then start on the broth
Broth :
Add 500 mls of vegetable stock ,500 mls hot water to pot ,add chilli to taste
, garlic , soy sauce,coconut milk, little grated ginger
chopped chives and fish sauce & sliced mushrooms let it simmer and infuse the flavours.

Bring broth to the boil just before serving add the wontons they take around 10 mins to cook through and .. Enjoy !
