Mongolian beef served with fettuccine
Leeumkee Mongolian sauce 1 small pack
2 capsicums different colors
1 small Onion
Cook fettuccine until soft, put aside.
Cut up capsicums and onion in small cubes.
Cut up beef and mix it with a little soy sauce, sugar and salt.
Cook beef until 3/4 done, put capsicum and onion in it and simmer together for 3 minutes.
Add Leekumkee Mongolian Sauce and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Serve fettuccine with beef ladled on top.
