Cuisine :


Ingredients :

Sticky rice. Chicken. Pork. Snake beans. Carrot. Garlic. Sugar. Chilli. Lime. Tomatoes. Fish sauce. Kecup manis sauce. Coconut cream. Red curry paste. Pepper

Cooking Steps :

Marinade for satay
Pork. Cut pork into long bite size pieces and marinate with
-2 cloves of crushed garlic
-1tbl spoon sugar
-1 tbl spoon fish sauce
-good pinch of pepper
Let it marinate in the fridge for an hour before cooking

Chicken- cut chicken into bite size pieces and marinate with.
-1 tbl spoon red curry past
-2 tbl spoon sugar
-2 tbl spoon kecup manis
- half a tin of coconut cream
Let it marinate in the fridge for and hour before cooking

Sticky rice
- soak sticky rice for at least 4 hours before steaming.
- check rice after 30-40 min
-you should be able to mould it with your hands when it cools a little of course without any sticking to you.

Spicy snake bean salad
-in a pestle and mortar place
-2 cloves of garlic
-how ever many chillies you want
-mash together then add
- handful of snake beans
- shredded carrot
- half a lime
-1 tbl spoon fish sauce
-1 tbl spoon sugar
-1 tomatoe quartered
Then gently bash and combine everything
