Egg free meatballs
4 heaped teaspoons of Valcom Authentic Thai Green curry paste.
500 grams of regular mince
1 teaspoon salt
Mix mince, curry paste, finely cut onion and salt. Make multiple small meat balls then fry in an open fry pan with a light covering of oil (do not steam) cook to black on each side until meat is cooked in middle.
