A very yummy lamb curry cooked in under an hour.
Valcom Authentic Thai Green Curry Paste
Valcom Bamboo Shoots
500 g of chopped lamb
400ml Coconut cream
2 large potatos
2 medium dry chillies.
1 cup of water
Heat 2 tablespoons of rice oil in a deep pan
Add 3-4 tablespoons of Valcom Thai Green Curry paste (more if you like it hotter) and cook for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat.
Add the lamb and coat the lamb with the paste. Cook until lamb starts to colour.
Add the coconut cream and water and simmer for 10 minutes.
All the veg, puk Choy and the capsicum.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the potatoes, cut into 2-3 cm square pieces
Continue cook until the potatoes become soft.
Add the chopped puk Choy leaf.
Cook the rice.
Ready to eat. Enjoy.
