Already delicious Valcom laksa to tastebud heaven.
Whole jar Valcom laksa paste
2 table spoon Kecap Manis
200g coconut milk
200g coconut cream
16 smallish cubes of firm tofu
Teaspoon of raw sugar
1Long chilli sliced thin
Handful of Coriander
Handful of Alfalpha sprouts
100 g Snow peas
2 sticks chopped Celery
-firstly prepare the rice noodles in boiling water off the heat covered for 6 minutes. Once ready place even serves into two bowls.
-set them aside
-Using a wok or saucepan add a dash of oil and work around the pan.
- add the whole jar of valcom laksa paste and bring to boil.
-add the raw sugar and the ABC Kecap manis
- ad the coconut cream and stir until combined.
-then ad the coconut milk and simmer until reduced into a soft creamy soup.
- add a squeeze of fresh lime
- once reduced add the snow peas and tofu and cook until snow peas are soft and tofu is browned.
-then to finalise the last few steps remove the laksa from heat
-serve the laksa over the noodles
-add the coriander, alfalpha sprouts, lime and chilli.
-best served with sparkling water as a beverage
