Slow cooked beef sweet and spicy

Cuisine :

Indonesian

Ingredients :

Coconut
Coconut milk
Chilli
Lemongrass
Ground hazelnuts
Beef
Onion
Ginger
Cumin
Coriander
Salt
Pepper
Oil
Garlic

Cooking Steps :

Blend all spices
Heat coconut milk and spice paste
Add cubed beef and simmer for and hour and a half
Meanwhile brown coconut until very dark
Add to beef and cook for a further 30 minutes
Serve with fresh coriander, rice, shredded zucchini and sliced tomato
