Honey Soy chicken with veges and hokkien noodles
Chicken breast fillets
red capsicum, sliced
onion, sliced into wedges
one clove of garlic
Lee Kum Kee honey soy chicken sauce
Marinade the chicken breasts in honey and soy sauce.
Cook chicken breasts on the BBQ, and let rest.
Put hokkien noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water.
Put sesame oil in wok, add garlic and vegetables, and stirfry.
Drain noodles and toss into wok with vegetables.
Slice up chicken and add to wok with sauce and a little boiling water.
Quickly stirfry to mix well, and heat through.
