Fillet steak and baby bean green curry.

Tender fillet beef and juicy baby bean green curry

Ingredients :

2 tbsp peanut oil
500grms fillet steak, thinly sliced
500 grms frozen baby beans
1 jar Viacom green curry paste
1 tin coconut cream
2 kafir lime leaves
Extra chopped chillies to taste
1.5 cups uncooked jasmine rice
3 cups water

Cooking Steps :

Cook jasmine rice in water, bring to boil and simmer with lid on for 20mins till cooked. Meanwhile heat peanut oil in a wok. Add thinly sliced steak and cook till rare. Add 1 jar of Viacom green curry paste and cook for 2 mins or till fragrant. Add the baby green beans, kafir lime leaves and cook, stirring untill warmed through. Add the can of coconut cream and stir till almost boiling. Simmer for 5 mins. Serve over steamed jasmine rice with extra chillies on the side.
