Sticky and Moist BBQ chicken wings
12 pcs chicken wings (rinse and pat dry)
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp of Lee Kum Kee sesame oil
1 tbs Fish sauce
1tbs Sriracha sauce
Mix all ingredients except the wings until sugar is dissolved.
Place chicken in a large, shallow ceramic dish. Pour over marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, for at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to Grill setting at 180C.
Bake for 15 minutes on each side turning once and basting the marinade on each side for a total of 30 minutes until golden brown.
