Simple and easy hearty curry that never fails
Massaman Curry Paste
3x Medium Potatoes cut to 3ish cm chunks
1x small onion cut in chunks
1 tbsp fish sauce
5 Cardamom Pods
2 Tbsp Brown sugar
2 Bay leaves
Brown Beef then place to one side.
Add curry paste and a couple of tbsp of coconut cream to wok, stir until aromatic.
Return beef to pan and then add all other ingredients. Bring to boil and then simmer until potatoes are soft. Serve with rice and coriander. Voila!!!
