A healthy strip wagyu beef to celebrate CNY 2016
500 gram sirloin wagyu beef and slice thin
2 red long chilli seeded
3 gloves garlic and crushed
3 cm ginger peeled and crushed
1 baby cos lettuce and wash
1 alfalfa sprouts
4 tbs lee kum kee superior light soy sauce
1 tbs vegetable oil
3 tbs Yeo's sesame oil
1 tbs Squid brand fish sauce
1 tbs ABC kecap manis
1 tbs ABC hot chilli sambal sauce
1 tbs sesame seeds
1.Place the slice wagyu beef in shallow dish. combine sesame oil,soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, fish sauce, kecap manis and sambal ABC.
2.preheat the pan and put the little bit cooking oil.
3. Put the beef and stir, cooked through 5 minute or crisp.
