Chinese fried rice with coriander ..
Cumin powder half teaspoon
Turmeric powder half teaspoon
Salt for taste
Add oil.. fry garlic and ginger..once it becomes brown..add onions, saute them til light golden brown. Add cumin powder , chilli and turmeric powder and 2 eggs and mix them all together. Once done add the mix vegetables..fry everything about 30 seconds..add the rice in ..mix them together.. add 3 dash of sesame oil and 2 drops soya sauce and stir them all together and garnish with coriander. Served hot
