A healthy and delicious macro bowl
1/4 cup rice bran oil
12 button mushrooms
2 cups steamed rice
2 roast chicken breasts, shredded
1 can of baby corn
1/2 cup kimchi
1/2 cup Japanese mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped shallots
1 Tbsp ABC Kecap Manis Sweet Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Yeos Pure Sesame Oil
(1) Heat oil in a large pan and saute mushrooms until golden-brown, then remove and slice.
(2) Divide everything except the dressing ingredients between four bowls.
(3) Combine kecap manis and sesame oil and drizzle over the bowls.
