A quick and easy delicious low carb Chicken Laksa!

Cuisine :

Malaysian

Ingredients :

Chicken
Bok Choy
Bean sprouts
Broccolini
Red capsicum
Shallots
Crushed peanuts
Valcom Laksa paste
Chicken broth
TCC coconut milk

Cooking Steps :

1. Dice chicken and vegetables
2. Add chicken to boiling water
3. After a few minutes add laksa paste and coconut milk
4. Add vegetables
5. Serve with peanuts sprinkled on top
6. Enjoy!
