1. marinate chicken with egg white, oyster sauce, corn flour, rice wine, salt and pepper for around 20 to 30 minutes.
2. for the sauce mix garlic, ginger, a bit of oil, oyster sauce, light and dark soy, chicken stock, sesame oil, sugar salt and pepper, bring to boil, and corn flour diluted in water and leave on low ready to serve.
3. cover the chicken pieces well n corn flour, pan fried them and serve with sauce on top. sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
4. serve with steamed broccoli and snow peas, with our choice of noodles, steamed rice or fried rice.
