spicy red thai curry based soup with seafood/chick

Cuisine :

Thai

Ingredients :

coconut milk
red curry paste
ground turmeric
chicken thighs
chicken stock
fish sauce
dark soy sauce
lime
fresh egg noodles
black pepper
spring onions
chillies
shallots
pickled mustard leaves
garlic
coriander sprigs

Cooking Steps :

separate 1/3 of the coconut milk add curry paste and tumerick blend for a few minutes add the chicken pieces stir fry for 2 minutes make sure all is coated add remaining coconut milk,stock,fish sauce,soy sauce,and seasoning simmer 7-10 minutes add lime juice re-heat noodles divide noodles and chicken and (seafood to taste) among bowls laddel broth over enjoy
