Twice fried beans with chilli and oyster sauce

Cuisine :


Ingredients :

250grm Green Beans
3 Large Red Chilli
1 cup vegetable oil
2tbl Spoon Oyster Sauce
2Tbl Spoon Light Soy Sauce
2tbl Spoon minced Garlic
Lemon Wedges
Toasted Sesame Seeds

Cooking Steps :

Deseed chilli and deep fry the chilli and beans until they blister. Drain on Kitchen towel. Clean the wok and save a little of the oil. Add the minced garlic, soy sauce and the oyster sauce to the wok. Return the beans and chilli to the wok and stir fry for 3 minutes to heat. Serve with toasted sesame seeds and lemon wedges
