Beef & Veggies & potato noodle stir fry

Cuisine :

Korean

Ingredients :

Beef strips, capsicum, carrot, zucchini, potato noodle, sesame seeds, soy sauce, fish sauce, ginger, sugar, oil, sesame oil.

Cooking Steps :

1. Soak some potato noodle in warm water for 10 mins.
2. Heat pan with oil and add 1 tea spoon of freshly chopped ginger.
3. Chop capsicum, carrot and add to the pan. Cook half.
4. Chop zucchini, beef strip and add to the pan. Cook half.
5. Add 1 Table spoon of soy sauce, half table spoon of fish sauce, 1 tea spoon of sugar
6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and sesame oil.
7. Turn heat off. Enjoy. Yum.
