Fry beef till brown and remove from pan
Fry onion, then add garlic, ginger and paste. Fry till aromatic.
Add beef, potato and carrot,
Add stock and coconut cream and milk
Add spices and leaves
When it reaches boiling, add to slow cooker or about 6 hours.
When meat is soft, (last 15 mins) add sugar, lime juice and fish sauce.
Serve with rice
