Beef do Si Rak and jap chae is popular Korean dish

Cuisine :

Korean

Ingredients :

Beef do Si Rak recipe :
1 kg Slice beef
1 carrot
1 small onion
1 tsp Garlic
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup Lee Kum Kee premium soy sauce
1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce
2 tbsp bulgogi marinate

For jap chae:
Korean potato starch noodle
Half of cooked beef bulgogi

Mango pudding :
Instant nutrijell manggo pudding
Diced manggo
Sugar, water

Mash potato for korilakuma bear.



Cooking Steps :

Beef dosirak :
Put all the sauce ( oyster sauce, bulgogi sauce, soy sauce ) to the beef, marinate for 30 minutes.
Cook garlic with sesame oil, then put the julienne carrot and onion. Then put the marinate beef. ( you can put sesame seed or cashew nut for garnish, optional)
For japchae : boil the potato starch noodle until cooked. Take 1/2 of the cooked bulgogi and mix it to the noodle, put extra sauce if needed.
Mango pudding : put sugar,instant nutrijell mango pudding, water, bring to boil, then put the citrus acid and diced manggo in. Then put into the mold.
